Seated Dinners are fine-diningmeals fully served by a wait staff.  They are meant to set an atmosphere of elegance and relaxation while enjoying a high class meal.  Served on Chinaware with full tablecloth and glass stemware treatment, these dinners will surely set the excellent atmosphere you desire. We will do whatever it takes to make your dining experience as "top shelf" as possible.

·         Fresh Garden Salad with Seasonal Veggies, Peppercorn Ranch, and Homemade Croutons

·         Grilled Beef Tenderloin Medallions with Skewered Shrimp

·         Oven Roasted Garlic and Butter New Potatoes

·         Seasonal Match-Stick Vegetable Sauté

·         Wheat Rolls with Honey and Sage Butter

·         Port Wine Pear Tart with Warm Vanilla Bean Yogurt Sauce 

 

Option #2: $28.00 per person:

·         Apple and Walnut Spring Mix Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette and Homemade Croutons

·         Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin with Reduction Sauce

·         Whipped Rosemary Potatoes

·         Sautéed Broccoli with Garlic

·         Wheat Rolls with Honey and Sage Butter

·         Chocolate Indulgence Cake

 

Option #3: 27.00 per person:

 

·         Classic Caesar Salad with Shredded Parmesan Cheese and Homemade Croutons

·         Sicilian Stuffed Chicken Breast

·         Scalloped Potatoes

·         Baguette Bread with Melted Parmesan, Garlic, and Herbs

·         Vanilla Bean Cheesecake with Seasonal Berries & Whipped Cream

 

Options #4: $27.00 per person:

 

·         Blackened Tilapia with Pineapple Pico and Skewered Shrimp
